When will my order be dispatched?
We prepare and dispatch orders after confirmation. You will receive order updates as your parcel moves through delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery within India is estimated within 7 days of order confirmation. The estimate can vary with destination and courier conditions.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders above ₹999. The existing standard domestic shipping charge is ₹379 for orders of ₹999 or less; the applicable rate appears at checkout.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery may be available for eligible addresses with a ₹20 additional charge. We will confirm the full payable amount before dispatch.
Can I exchange a piece?
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos. Eligible unworn pieces in their original packaging can be considered for an exchange. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights for a defective, damaged, or wrongly described item remain unaffected. Read our Exchange & Refund Policy for details.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep pieces dry, away from perfume and other chemicals, and store separately. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
Will natural stones look exactly like the photos?
Natural stones may vary slightly in shape, colour and finish. Check each product description for its details.
