Exchanges within 7 days
Yavira Jewelry accepts exchange requests made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number and the item you want to exchange. The item should be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging and accessories. We will review the request and confirm exchange availability and the return-shipping arrangements before you send anything back.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. An approved exchange is subject to availability. If an exact replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a suitable alternative with you before proceeding.
Damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed items
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, defective, or does not match its description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement or refund where required by applicable law. The change-of-mind rule and 7-day exchange window do not limit rights provided by Indian consumer law. The same applies if delivery is later than a stated delivery schedule in circumstances covered by law.
Order cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly. We can consider a cancellation before dispatch; once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment channel where possible; the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider.
